Enter our e-shop and get to know our wide range of products as it looks right now. The list of goods is updated on a regular basis and you will be informed of new items by e-mail, in promotional leaflets and special sections. If you want to updated and informed daily, join us on Facebook.

Unregistered users can look through the full list of goods or use our search. However, they cannot add items to a shopping basket or send orders.

REGISTRATION:

Please complete the Registration Form to register. Our sales representative will contact you by telephone right away to verify the information submitted. We will then send you a log-in name and password by e-mail. These you can change as you like.

Once you have logged-in you will see our complete range, including current prices, and will be able to order goods without any fuss. What is more, you can create template orders for goods you order more frequently, helping you to speed up the process of ordering goods quite considerably.

LOGGING-IN:

If you are a registered customer, you can log in by entering your customer name and password in the top left-hand corner of the screen. If you forget your user name or password, complete the form and we will send you new ones right away.

Quick orientation around the site:

The Search function will scan the full names of products. You can use the entire word or name of a product you are searching for or simply part of the name. For example, if you want to look for all kinds of gefilte fish, you can shorten what you are looking for to “gef”.

Neither the size of the font nor Czech accents are important for the search. For example, if you are looking for cholent, you can type in “cholent”, “Cholent” or “CHOLENT” and the results will always be the same.

You can also use a number of words separated by a space during your search. This will return all products whose name includes all the words entered (or their parts). For example, if you want to find all types of green olives, you can enter “olives green” or “green olives” (word order is not important).

You can even abbreviate individual words if you want to save time. So for the previous example you could simply enter “gre oliv”.

If you are not sure what a product you are looking for is called or cannot find it, try looking though the individual categories of goods. You will find links to all categories of goods in the left-hand column.

Here you can regularly read about news from company life or the goods we are preparing for you. If you are interested in being sent promotions, please enter you e-mail address in our newsletter form on the right-hand side of the screen. But you should be also fan of our facebook page.

HOW TO BUY:

You can enter the number of individual items that you want to add to your shopping basket directly into the free box using the keyboard. Please pay attention to the units in which the goods in question are quoted when filling in this information (e.g. kilos or individual units). After you have filled in the numbers of all goods that you want to order, add these items to the shopping basket by clicking on “Add to basket” or by using the ENTER key. By adding goods which you already have in your basket you will replace the original quantity with a new quantity (i.e. quantities are not added together).

A tip to help speed things up:

You can use the TAB key on most browsers to skip between individual boxes and the ENTER key to add items to your basket.

WHAT ARE TEMPLATE ORDERS USED FOR?

Using template orders can save you a great deal of time and make ordering easier. You define templates and their content yourself. You are able to enter goods that you order frequently and their number in a template. You can then display this list with a single click when ordering, just as easily as for our categories of goods.

How to create a template order:

First add the goods that you want to include in the template order to your shopping basket in the same way as if you wanted to add them to an order. Once you have all the goods in your basket that you want to have in the template, simply click on “Add to template” (this is found on the page which displays the contents of your basket – the "Show contents of basket” link – the basket may not be empty). Add a name on the next page in the “Create new template” section – for example “Sabbath” (the name will appear in the left-hand column under the heading "Your templates". You can add a brief description of the template in the notes section. This is for your orientation only. The template will be stored by clicking on “Create new template” (a link to this template will appear in the left-hand column). All goods that you had in the basket will remain there (in case you want to order them). If you do not want to order the goods, simply click on “Empty basket” in the displayed basket.

If you want to add certain goods to an existing template, you should proceed in exactly the same way until you click on “Add to template”. You will not add the name of a new template on the next page, but click on the name of your template as displayed in the section entitled "Add goods from basket to existing template".

A tip to help speed things up:

If you do not want to create a template per se, you can save ordered goods in a template when creating an order. Proceed in the same way as with a normal order, but before you click on “Send order” you should0020first click on “Add to template” to save the goods in a template. The basket will re-appear after you have created the template and you can now send the order. N.B. You must follow this sequence – if you send the order, the contents of your basket are emptied.

Editing and deleting templates:

If you want to remove certain goods from a template, first open the template by clicking on its name in the left-hand column. Then click on “Edit template”. Untick the items in the "Save" column that you no longer want to have in the template. Confirm the change by clicking on “Update template”.

If you want to remove an entire template, click on “Delete template” on the page displaying the contents and answer “Yes” to the subsequent question.

THE SHOPPING BASKET:

You can adjust the contents of your shopping basket by rewriting the values in the relevant row. You can update the basket and recalculate the total price by clicking on “Recalculate”. If you want to remove any items from the basket, simply write "0" as the number you require. You can add other goods to the basket by, for example, displaying a category of goods, searching or displaying a template. If you want to create a new template using the goods in your basket or wish to add these to an existing template, click on “Add to template”. Create a binding order by clicking on “Create order”.

CONFIRMING AN ORDER:

Orders are confirmed automatically, with confirmation sent after being processed by our robots. In the event that certain goods in an order cannot be delivered for technical reasons, our sales representatives will inform you of this fact right away.

PRICES AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY:

Detailed terms and conditions of delivery and payment and commercial terms and conditions are available in the section entitled GENERAL COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT. The minimum value of your purchase must be in excess of 1000 CZK inclusive of VAT in case of free delivery in Prague. We deliver goods to the address provided by the customer. We not only bring the goods to you, but take them in front of your house. Carriage is FREE in Prague and its surroundings according to our carriage map. Carriage is charged at 25 CZK per kilometre outwith this zone (the return journey is included in this price). Please contact our sales representative for larger orders outside of Prague and we will decide on the price of carriage for that particular case.

The delivery of goods is undertaken according to personal agreement with our sales representative in line with your specific requirements. The customer is obligated to check the number of units delivered when receiving the goods and to confirm the correctness of the delivery by signing the carriage note. You can also pick up your goods at our King Solomon´s Bakery and Deli - V kolkovně 4, Praha 1.
